In this GDC 2014 talk,  Mike Jungbluth (now senior animator at Bioware on Anthem) shares how he approached the creation of individual indentities for NPCs in a game space.


This talk is particulary interesting as it focuses on not forgetting NPCs, whom in the end represent the major population of a game; not to mention that they are the ones we're mainly interacting with within the game.
